(from what I've seen I'm the only one who knows how to use liveswif on newgrounds)on liveswif you draw the pictures on paint and copy(ctrl+a then ctrl+c works best) them then paste them on liveswif(ctrl+v works best)but before you do that put you put the paint screen to something small like 578X402 and do the same thing to the liveswif screen once you've pasted the pic click(on the time line)right beside the dot for your next frame then pretty much do what you would do on flash(newgrounds has many tutorials)(if your doing a sprite flash tell me the sprite you need and I'll find you a bunch of sprites for it,I don't know anything about animating sprites so ask some one who does if ya need help)hope this helps and if ya have any more questions feel free to ask
